Wub Crew is a companion app, not a safety authority. We’re not medically trained, we don’t run event security, and we don’t provide harm-reduction or drug information ourselves. This page exists to point you to people and organizations who actually do that work — bookmark it before you head to an event.
Festival staff and rules come first
Whatever the app says — including quest descriptions or badge locations — festival rules and staff instructions always take priority. Never enter backstage, staff-only, closed, or otherwise restricted areas, even to complete a quest. Obey local law at every event. See our Terms for the full quest assumption-of-risk section.
Medical help on-site
Every major festival has on-site medical services. Look for medical tents on the festival map (usually in the app or program the festival itself provides), ask any staff member in a branded shirt or vest, or flag down security — they can radio for help immediately. If it’s a real emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) as you would anywhere else.
Security and lost-person help
If you’re separated from your crew, feel unsafe, witness harassment, or need security for any reason, go to the nearest staffed gate, info booth, or medical tent and ask for security — don’t rely on the app to resolve safety situations in real time.

For drug-checking services, harm-reduction education, and on-site outreach at many festivals, DanceSafe is the leading independent organization in the scene. We link out to them rather than publish our own guidance:
Your festival's official channels
Always check the specific festival’s official app, website, or printed program for their current medical, security, and harm-reduction locations and policies — these vary by event and can change year to year. Wub Crew tracks the festivals you’re attending, but the festival’s own channels are the authority on safety at that event.
